Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by clients or prospective clients for one of the following reasons:
- In order to be able to carry out consulting activity
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide quotes, send invoices, deliver consulting work, and communicate routinely about consulting projects.
We do not share this information with anyone outside our organisation. We may share the information with Associates or other consultants working on delivery of consulting activity.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep email addresses for an indefinite period. We keep financial details needed for invoicing for up to five years after the last consulting engagement. We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our accounting system.
