Profit with Purpose Founder Isabel Kelly understands the strategic and operational needs of business as well as how to make social impact. She spent 11 years at Amnesty International before joining Salesforce Foundation where, for over 12 years, she grew both nonprofit sales and philanthropy programs as its International Director.

Isabel can give you high-level expert advice on your social impact strategy, hand-holding during its implementation, as well as introductions to a wide network of relevant associates and partners.

As a recognised thought-leader, Isabel has broad knowledge of CSR and sustainability frameworks and is well connected within the nonprofit sector.

From 2015 to 2018 she was a Resident Expert at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at the Said Business School, Oxford University.

In 2002 Salesforce founder Marc Benioff hired Isabel to develop the Salesforce Foundation internationally. Working with the Foundation President Suzanne DiBianca, Isabel grew a team of 30 people in 9 countries donating and discounting Salesforce technology to thousands of nonprofits in 110 countries, generating revenue of $12m to fund grants, and achieving 80% employee participation in volunteering.
